Think Gin, but not Gin! We start with a Riesling wine from Manuel Brixius, who is a 7th generation winemaker. Each bottle is distilled from 5 litres of fruity Riesling and is macerated for four days with 12 handpicked organic botanicals to create that distinct, exotic flavour. Hand-bottle 700 bottles per batch, from the distillery in Hamburg.
BIRDS is distilled from fruity German Riesling wine (a natural wine) and flavoured with a variety of different organic botanicals; from Eucalyptus, Cocoa shell, apple and pink pepper and explicitly not with juniper!
