Drawing on 56 years of experience, David has carefully selected 25 casks of The Balvenie, dividend into five chapters that incapsulated and illustrate his life's work. This speyside single malt was distilled in April 2001 and matured for 17 Years in a European Oak Fino Sherry butt, Cask 9325 and bottled at 63.5%.
