This is a sweet tropical dram with coconut, pineapple and banana aromas. The
sweetness continues with toasted marshmallows and sticky toffee pudding but is balanced with a hint of peat.
The sweetness transfers onto the palate. There’s the velvety smooth richness of decadent desserts such as a tropical meringue pavlova, crème brûlée, toffee apple & pecan pie, along with citrus yuzu notes. There’s also an earthy quality from the Springbank dunnage warehouses.
The earthy quality now comes to the fore and the dram ends on a dry note. Both are more pronounced once water is added.
